At Silent Damage, every item is made to order just for you. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Our Print On Demand Policy

Because all Silent Damage products are printed on demand specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Buying as a gift that was not wanted

We strongly encourage you to review the size guide on each product page before placing your order.

When We Will Make It Right

We stand behind every item we sell. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund your item at no cost to you:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Misprinted or defective print
  • Wrong item sent
  • Significant manufacturing defect

How To Submit A Claim

To submit a claim for a damaged, misprinted, or defective item:

  • Contact us at contact@silentdamage.com within 30 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Attach clear photos showing the issue

We will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days. No runaround.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, you will receive either a replacement item or a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately at contact@silentdamage.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Silent Damage is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. Contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
