How long does shipping take?
Most orders are printed and shipped within 1-3 business days, depending on how busy our print shop is. Actual shipping typically takes 2-5 business days based on your location. International orders may take longer. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent directly to your email.
Where do you ship?
We ship globally to most countries. Due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations, we’re currently unable to ship to certain restricted regions. Contact us at sales@silentdamage.com if you have questions about your location.
What shirts do you use?
Our t-shirts are printed on Bella Canvas 3001 – 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. Soft, premium, and built to last.
What hoodies do you use?
Our hoodies are Lane Seven LS14001 – 80% combed ring-spun cotton, 20% recycled polyester. Medium-heavy fleece, runs true to size, under 5% shrinkage.
Who prints the shirts?
All orders are printed on demand from our print shop providers and fulfilled globally. Every item is made specifically for you when you order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders go into production quickly. Contact us immediately at contact@silentdamage.com if you need to make a change. We’ll do our best but can’t guarantee changes once production starts.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right. No runaround.
What sizes do you offer?
Sizes vary by product. Check the size guide on each individual product page before ordering.
How do I use my discount code?
Enter your code at checkout in the coupon field before completing your order. Codes cannot be applied after purchase.
Do you offer exchanges?
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, each item is made to order and we’re unable to offer size exchanges. Please check the size guide carefully on each product page before ordering.
